The router is located in the living room.
The Wi‑Fi network name and password are printed on the router label in the living room. Please enter them exactly as shown.
Hot water should be available automatically during your stay.
Please allow a short time for the system to recover if several guests have used hot water in quick succession.
Please do not adjust unlabelled boiler, immersion or electrical controls. Contact us and we will guide you.
The townhouse is heated by radiators. Use the radiator controls to adjust the temperature in each room. Please avoid forcing any controls. If the radiators do not warm up after adjustment, contact us for assistance.
The household bins are in the back garden.
Place bagged household rubbish inside the correct outside bin in the back garden.
Please separate recyclable items where possible and place them in the appropriate recycling bin in the back garden. Please do not leave rubbish beside the bins.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly late at night and early in the morning.
